ECU Flashing Services – No Refunds
All ECU flashing services are non-refundable. These services are permanent and custom to your ECU. Once performed, they cannot be reversed or resold. Please confirm compatibility and readiness before sending your ECU.
Physical Products
Refunds are available for physical products within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.
