Welcome to Mopower Tuning. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Services and Products

Mopower Tuning offers ECU flashing services and high-performance motorcycle parts. By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete order details

  • Confirm compatibility of your motorcycle before purchase

  • Acknowledge that ECU flashing services are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy)

2. Race Use Disclaimer

All products and services sold by Mopower Tuning are intended for off-road or race use only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

ECU modifications and certain performance parts may not be legal for street use and may void your manufacturer’s warranty. You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of these products.

3. ECU Flashing Services

By sending your ECU for flashing, you agree and understand that:

  • ECU tuning permanently alters your vehicle's performance parameters

  • Mopower Tuning is not liable for misuse, mechanical failure, or installation errors

  • These services are irreversible and non-refundable

4. Physical Products

Physical products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • Undamaged and in original packaging

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, product listings, photos, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Mopower Tuning. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mopower Tuning shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper installation or use of products

  • Damage caused by misuse, rider error, or mechanical failure

  • Any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time or revenue

Products and services are used at the customer’s own risk.

7. Order Processing & Shipping

Custom and made-to-order products (including velocity stacks) require 2–3 business days for fabrication before shipment. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
